As visibility start to get low, NS 322 (Macon,GA-Sheffield,AL) is stop on the main 2 track at Control Point (CP) Long, on the NS Atlanta North-End. NS 322 relief crew (NS 21R) is on the ground waiting for NS 65G that is coming over the crest of Howardsville Hill on the main 1 track to pick them up. The strange scenario that is going on here is by far out of the ordinary. Under the orders of CT-Dispatcher North-End, (NS 21R) the relief crew is going to play a game of "dog catcher" and relieve the crew of NS 65G, but the assigned crew of NS 65G will have to stay on the train instead of getting off here while their taxi is waiting patently, they will have to ride the empty ethanol train straight to the crew change point at Brown while the crew of NS 21R take control of the train. The same Taxi that is waiting at Long for this crew will have to drive straight into down at Brown to pick both crews up, and take them to the hotel....."Yet your probably wondering by now how could someone make this complicated decision?" "All I got to say is very carefully!"
