Watch those dips! Portland and Western’s American turn begins a rock-n-roll trip down 4th Street in Harrisburg, Oregon, on September 27, 2016. The interurban qualities of the PNWR’s OE District is owed to its Oregon Electric heritage, which later became SP&S/BN until sold to PNWR. Street trackage through Harrisburg is getting a little rough, and is best negotiated with a vehicle with high-clearance, as can be seen by the Ford Taurus crossing on Macy Street!
Photographs where trains and people mix, weather it's street running, plant switching or carrying a unit grain train out of an elevator, it will be put here.
