In driving up to Mechanicville on Saturday afternoon to catch a promising RJED with a clean Pan Am leader, I was also able to catch RJED's counterpart EDRJ with this eclectic lashup. Though its paint is obviously fading badly, high hood GP40 #380 still made for a nice leader. Here, the train is on CP trackage at Coons in Halfmoon, NY as it approaches the Ushers Road crossing. In roughly 7 more miles, the train will leave the CP Freight Main for the Rotterdam Branch at Crescent (CPF477), where it will be a slow go for another 10 miles before reaching its destination of Rotterdam Junction.

just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
