Dreamers: In 2012, a steam locomotive restoration takes a lot of time, money and talent to get done. Far too often restoration efforts flounder due to a lack of one of these things. But there is one other thing these efforts need - big dreamers with big plans, guys like Ron Carter and Jay Matthews at the Heritage Museum in Libby, Montana where the 37-ton J.
