For all the SP fans. It has been over 15 years since the UP-SP merger, but you wouldn't know it by the amount of SP power on the Union Pacific still. On a few short hours on the Chester Subdivision, no less than 6 SP-painted AC4400CWs could be found hauling coal trains. The gem of these coal trains was this one, with patched SP #6262 leading an unpatched relative, SP 266. The 266 still wears its original number; only the yellow box under the cab disturbs its SP heritage. The interesting pair is seen here pulling into its destination point at Cora Dock, a few miles south of Chester, IL.
