Atlantic Coast Line K-14 Class 4-6-0 250 is a 1910 Baldwin built locomotive, one of only four surviving ACL steam locomotives. She was last used in service between Wilmington and Fayetteville, North Carolina and was retired in the early 1950s. After retirement she was put on display at Seaboard Coast Line's Tampa Division offices in Florida. In 1983, ACL 250 was donated to the Wilmington Railroad Museum in North Carolina where she remains today. This photo by the late George Pettengill shows ACL 250 in the shops before being put on display.
