A Utah Railway crew works a BNSF Railway Provo, UT to Stockton, CA trackage rights train along Union Pacific's Provo Sub at Pipemill, Utah. At left is the site of Geneva Steel of Utah, shut down in 2001 and demolished. The cleanup of the land was a major job, however the property is ready for redevelopment. Something new has already arrived in the form of UTA's commuter rail line under construction (at right) slated to open for business in 2012. A station has been planned for this area although there is really no reason to stop here quite yet.
