In spite of the appearance, this is not a Union Pacific coal train. Rather it is a Utah Railway coal train with UP power. This is a fairly common occurrence. The location is just short of the Wildcat loadout on Utah Railway home rails south of Martin, Utah. The train will load with this power pulling the empties thru the loader, then the power will run around the train and return the loaded train to the yard at Martin. Here 5 or 6 URy locos will be cut into the train as manned, mid train helpers. Then the whole outfit will enter UP rails at Utah Railway Junction and begin the assault up Price River Canyon to Soldier Summit.
