Local B31 has a veteran SD40-2 running hammerhead style as it leaves Bellevue Yard. As the train passed I figured it was going to crossover on account of a tied down coal train on the same track it was on just around the corner. Needless to say, it didn't and the train slowly came to a stop. Seconds later the train called the dispatcher and said "Uhhhh, we're sitting nose to nose with a coal train tied down on the siding." Dispatchers reply: "Well, I didn't know there was anything there, wonder what that is..." The local then had to wait for two other trains to clear before backing out of the siding all while the dispatcher and yardmaster tried to figure out where the mystery coal train came from. Also of note is Mark Hardin snapping of his shot.
