Shosholoza Meyl's 1st & 2nd class "Tourism" from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg, also known as the "Algoa", is seen northbound at Westleigh on the Free State main line. This is one of the few stations in South Africa where the semaphore signals are still fully operational. The home signal for southbound trains is on the left, and to the right of the locomotive is the home signal for trains coming off the Vierfontein branch, which still sees some freight traffic.
