Union Pacific motive power preparing to make a back up move to pick up a cut of hopper cars in Pevely, MO on a beautiful Ground Hog Day 2008. The GP38-2 is an ex-Missouri Pacific unit. The UP 1363 immediately behind it(a GP40-2) is an ex-Southern Pacific unit, and was owned by St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company(SSW, or "Cotton Belt"), and the Denver and Rio Grande Railway after SSW ownership.
